We believe that unique company can create in our country which will become leaders in a competitive market. And this hope warms us, and gives reasons for constant searching for new tools of management.

We believe that the management tools, which in the past century had helping companies to be competitive, today clearly outdated.

New time

New century is a century of creativity. New century is a century of self-realization of human rights and strengthen its hidden talents. New Age is time for new leaders who use the new tools of planning, organization, motivation and control.

And the best evidence of these words – it’s you! Because you’re looking for! You are interested! You want to live better! That you know what the future may bring many pleasant minutes! And you know – when a person takes over the reins in his hands, he can change his destiny!

And we also believe in it! We think about this when do research, when create our products, when discuss the current problems with our partners. This is what we say even when we meet just to relax at a picnic.

The new leadership is not the four pillars

The first whale. As said J. Pazhu “Leader builds a world in which people want to live”. The new leader has s different skills and a deep personal motivation for creating a unique team that is able to repeatedly make grandiose breakthroughs. The leader of our time is not charismatic, or rather is not the main feature. He has a purpose and he brings people together due to this purpose.

The second whale – is the pleasure of working that cannot be achieved if all the time spent on monitoring, eavesdropping and spying for the subordinates. In the old days – Tight control system helped. Today, that limits and drains the resources of organizations. Not the leader, who says: “Without me here, everything will collapse.” This modern leader does not control, but he directs. This is special skills of the New Age – the deliberate and purposeful development of creative of personnel. For example, everybody known models of kaizen, or a growing organization – these and other management tools aimed at the development of creative communities. The employees get work pleasure where they have invented their own, but effective ways to motivate and control.

The third kit is the desire for development. The new leader have not limit for the self-improvement and improvement of the team. He understands that the world is changing, and tends to change. Important that outcome is long-term. That principle, which helps to manage time.

The fourth kit – The new leader brings new values, new beliefs and on this basis is finding new markets and opens new directions, forms and market, and the outlook of employees and customers. He finds a new niche, combining what used to be divided and brings development in those areas that were previously considered hopeless.

OUR VISION

Our vision is associated with the opportunities that have emerged through systems thinking and its tools today are easier and faster:

- Interactive management

- System Analysis

- System model of strategic marketing and management personnel.

And it’s not the whole list of what is today united under a single concept – emotional management. This ideology is a new in the scientific management, which aim is searching and description of tools for informed management of intangible assets.

The crisis has further aggravated the conflict, which spoke and wrote the researchers of emotional management. If intangibles make up the lion’s share of the total value of the company, why there are no tools for balanced decision-making in this branch? Why strategic programs in marketing or human resource management were created based on intuition? Why heads of companies ignore the new management tools? And how can today still turn a blind eye to this paradox?

“Fat Years” ended, and we can safely say that we are ready for new challenges. We can create corporate tools for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and HRM. That is, in those areas those create intangible assets. And we are willing to share these resources with anyone who poses an aim creating a company – a leader in the competitive market.
